We are putting all necessary safety measures in our warehouse for our team members to stay safe and protected.
For your reassurance as a customer, all our jewellery will be packed in clear transparent bags inside our eco-friendly jewellery boxes, free from contact. Our team members wear gloves to minimise the contact they have with the jewellery maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Our orders will also be delivered free of contact through letterboxes.
We are limiting our packaging consumption to be ready to face any future shortage in stock. 1 gift bag which is 100% recyclable will be provided per jewellery box.
Due to social distancing measures and local authorities guidelines, orders may be delayed and deliveries may take longer than usual.
Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are extending our return, exchange and warranty policies to 30 days.
As the situation changes our plans might too but if they do, we’ll let you know.
