We offer a 14 day returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods.
Returns Policy:
All items must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a refund. Ensure items are adequately protected when returning as we cannot refund items that have been damaged as a result of poor packaging.
Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items are also not refundable. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty.
Please ensure adequate postage has been paid for your return to ensure it reaches us. Please obtain proof of postage for your return.
