What is the minimum order, and what is the consultation fee for?

The minimum order for custom pieces start at $1,200 USD. However, the final price will be determined by the specific item you get. The consultation fee allows our experts to take their time and fully focus on making the best custom piece to fit your exact requirements, making it perfect for you. This fee will be deducted from your order, so it serves as a deposit. This fee is non-refundable.

What if I'm not happy with how the custom piece looks?

After we take down your design ideas and specifications we make a 2D Drawing and a 3D CAD design which shows exactly how your piece will look. We send you the designs and you let us know whether you would like to go ahead and begin production, or whether there are any adjustments you would like us to make. There are unlimited revisions, so we will keep adjusting the design until it is perfect for you. Once we get your confirmation for the final design, we begin production.

How long will it take?

The designs will take 7-10 days to be made. The production time is 4-6 weeks, depending on how many changes are made during the design phase. You will be kept up to date on the project throughout.

What materials are available?

We work with many different materials according to all budgets and requirements. Our metal options are Brass, 925 Sterling Silver, and 10-21k Solid Gold. Our stone options are 5A Cubic Zirconia Stones, Moissanite, and Si-VVS Diamonds.
