Made-to-order bracelets are usually ready to dispatch in 2–3 weeks. This is the time to make your bracelet, before delivery begins. For a bespoke commission, we agree the production schedule with you individually; if you are ordering for a particular occasion, tell us the date before placing your order.

After dispatch, UK delivery is next day, USA delivery is two business days, and European delivery is three to five business days. Your jewellery is insured in transit. We cover duties and taxes for US and European orders. For other destinations, ask our team to confirm the delivery estimate and any import charges before ordering.

For a custom bracelet, share your wrist measurement, preferred fit, metal and diamond choices, and the details that matter to you. For a beaded design, include the name or lettering, bead colour, flags, symbols or other icons you would like, together with reference images.

Bespoke commissions start at £2,000, with a typical range of £7,500–£25,000. The final quote depends on the design, materials and diamonds. A 50% deposit is required before design begins, with the balance due before handover. We discuss the brief and agree the production timeline for your commission; the standard made-to-order estimate is not a promise for every bespoke project.

Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing faults, including faults discovered after delivery. If something does not seem right with your bracelet, contact our team with your order number, clear photographs and an explanation of the issue. Eligible manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced free of charge. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. The guarantee is not a promise that every repair, alteration or instance of accidental damage is free.

To care for your bracelets, store your bracelets separately to avoid scratches, keep them away from harsh chemicals, and remove them before strenuous activities that could damage a setting or catch a chain. Use a soft cloth for a gentle surface clean. Ask us before using an ultrasonic cleaner or abrasive jewellery products, particularly on bracelets with decorative details or mixed materials.

Made-to-order bracelets can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit towards your next jewellery purchase, provided they are new and unworn. Contact us within that window before posting your jewellery back, and include the original packaging, accessories and documents. For eligible other purchases, we offer a 14-day exchange or refund option.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made bracelets may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Simply making a standard design after it is ordered does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights. If your bracelet is faulty or not as ordered, email info@icedlondon.com with your order number and photographs so we can assess it. Our bracelet collection brings together link designs, diamond-set styles and personalised beaded bracelets. The available metal and diamond choices vary by bracelet. Where offered, you can choose 925 silver with lab-grown diamonds, 14k gold with lab-grown diamonds, or 14k gold with natural diamonds. The selected product option defines the specification and price.

For a personalised beaded bracelet, distinguish the bead colour from the metal colour of the letters or decorative elements. Check the options and design details on that bracelet’s page rather than assuming every bracelet has the same construction, finish or personalisation choices.

Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds grown in a controlled environment; natural diamonds form in the earth. They share the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure. The difference is their origin, which also affects their price. Select the diamond option shown on the product page: not every design is offered with both lab-grown and natural diamonds.

For diamonds over one carat, we offer GIA or IGI certification. This refers to the individual diamond, not the combined carat weight of many smaller stones. Several carats of pavé diamonds set into bracelets do not mean every small stone has an individual report. Our advisors can confirm the diamond specification and applicable certification for the bracelet you are considering.

Measure around your wrist where you want the bracelet to sit using a flexible tape measure. If you do not have one, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark the overlap and measure it against a ruler. Keep it comfortably close to the skin without pulling tight, then use the bracelet’s size guide to select a length.

Your wrist measurement and the finished bracelet length are not always the same. Chunky links and larger beads take up room on the inside, and a close fit feels different from a loose drape. Tell our team your wrist measurement, chosen design and preferred fit if you are unsure; do not simply copy the length of a bracelet with a different construction.
