How long does a bespoke piece take?

Bespoke pieces typically take 4–6 weeks from initial design to delivery, depending on the complexity. You’ll be updated at every stage.
Can I see the design before it's made?

Yes. Once your consultation is complete, you’ll receive a detailed visual render for approval before production begins.
Do I need to pay upfront?

We take a deposit to begin design and production. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
Can I make changes during the process?

Minor revisions can be made during the design stage. Once production begins, changes may not be possible — but we’ll confirm all details before we start.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide via express courier. All shipments are fully insured and include tracking.
Is there a warranty?

Every bespoke piece includes a 12-month warranty covering any production defects, plus lifetime refurbishment services for polishing, cleaning, and re-plating.
Can I return or exchange a bespoke piece?

Due to the custom nature, bespoke pieces are non-returnable. However, if there's ever an issue, our team will work with you to resolve it.
