Production and dispatch

Fine jewellery made to order is usually ready to dispatch in 2–3 weeks. For a specific occasion or complex commission, speak with our team about timing before ordering. Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During collection launches or sale periods, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery after dispatch

• UK: next-day delivery with Royal Mail.
• USA: 2 business days with DHL Express.
• Europe: 3–5 business days with DHL Express.

These delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from production time. For other destinations, contact our team to confirm the expected transit time.

Insured, tracked delivery

Every order is securely packaged and sent with insured, tracked delivery. A signature is required on arrival. We email your tracking details after dispatch.

Duties and taxes

We cover duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States and Europe. For other destinations, contact us before ordering to confirm the charges that apply.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for your destination. Any qualifying free-shipping offer is shown at checkout.

Your delivery address

Please check your shipping details before placing the order. Once dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery address. Contact our team promptly if you notice an error.

A delayed or missing delivery

If your delivery is delayed or missing, email info@icedlondon.com with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate with the carrier.
