Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit towards a new piece. They must be in new and unworn condition. Contact our team to arrange the return before sending your jewellery back.

Request your return within 14 days of delivery. Sign in to your customer account and choose the relevant order, or email info@icedlondon.com. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your piece back.
A fault or an incorrect item
Email info@icedlondon.com with your order number, a description and clear photographs. Our lifetime guarantee covers verified manufacturing faults, including those discovered after delivery. See Warranty & Care for eligibility and exclusions.
