Made to order
Your piece is usually ready to dispatch in 2–3 weeks. The delivery times below begin after dispatch. For a specific occasion or complex commission, speak with our team about timing before ordering.
Delivery after dispatch
UK: next day. USA: 2 business days. Europe: 3–5 business days.
Secure delivery
Your jewellery is securely packaged and sent by an insured, tracked service. UK orders travel with Royal Mail; international orders travel with DHL Express. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
Receiving your jewellery
A signature is required on delivery. Check your address carefully before ordering; addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
Duties and taxes
We cover duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States and Europe. For other destinations, contact the team before ordering to confirm the charges that apply.
