Warranty & Returns

We are pleased to offer a complimentary 12-month warranty and returns & exchanges within 30 days of reception/collection of your item.

Requesting a return or exchange:

• You must 'Request a return' in your Iced London account before returning your order.
• Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.

Return conditions:

• Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
• Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return
• Custom jewellery, earrings and all other Made-To-Order items are non-refundable. Select Made-To-Order items are available for exchange or store credit.

Warranty conditions:

• Our jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
