Custom Jewelry Consultation
To ensure we provide you with the best possible service and dedicated attention, we require a consultation fee of £80 GBP / $100 USD. This fee is fully credited towards the final cost of your piece should you decide to proceed with production. This process helps us focus on serious inquiries and ensures that you receive the utmost care and creativity from our skilled jewelry designers.

We charge a £80 GBP / $100 USD consultation fee which is applied in full towards the cost of the piece if you move forward to production. Iced London receives hundreds of custom requests and this allows us to separate curious people from those that are intent to craft their custom piece.
We do NOT create CAD designs or begin production on your custom piece until we receive a deposit. This consultation fee is NOT a deposit for your custom piece.
Upon paying the consultation fee, you will instantly be paired with a custom jewellery expert who will work with you to design your custom piece.

What is the minimum order, and what is the consultation fee for?
The minimum order for custom pieces start at $800 USD. However, the final price will be determined by the specific item you get. The consultation fee allows our experts to take their time and fully focus on making the best custom piece to fit your exact requirements, making it perfect for you. This fee will be deducted from your order, so it serves as a deposit. This fee is non-refundable.
What if I'm not happy with how the custom piece looks?
After we take down your design ideas and specifications we make a 2D Drawing and a 3D CAD design which shows exactly how your piece will look. We send you the designs and you let us know whether you would like to go ahead and begin production, or whether there are any adjustments you would like us to make. There are unlimited revisions, so we will keep adjusting the design until it is perfect for you. Once we get your confirmation for the final design, we begin production.
How long will it take?
The designs will take 7 days to be made. The production time is 4-6 weeks, depending on how many changes are made during the design phase. You will be kept up to date on the project throughout.
