Our lifetime guarantee covers verified manufacturing faults, including those discovered after delivery. Eligible pieces are repaired or replaced free of charge. Normal wear and accidental damage are excluded. Our team is here to help with care advice and servicing.
Insured delivery
Your jewellery is securely packaged and sent with insured, tracked delivery. A signature is required on arrival. UK orders travel with Royal Mail and international orders with DHL Express. We email your tracking details after dispatch.
Duties and taxes are covered for orders to the USA and Europe.

Made-to-order returns
Return a made-to-order piece within 14 days of delivery for store credit towards a new piece. It must be in new and unworn condition. Contact our team to arrange your return before sending it back.
